I’ve updated the website to include a blog, with special categories for Health & Diet and Fitness Tips. We will post to the facebook page once some articles are up, otherwise you can check back soon.

I also added in Disqus comments to blogs and pages so anyone can leave their thoughts. Let me know if you have any difficulty using this.

There’s also a new page called Hall of Fame, that will list everyone who’s managed to officially complete the 5k run.
