Beginners running group in Bolton

Based at Leverhulme Park in Bolton, our beginners running group aims to get anyone to be able to run 5k. Whether you are an absolute beginner or have been doing some running or jogging on your own, our group is designed to give you the confidence to tackle your first 5k.

Based around the NHS 'couch to 5k' program, we use a progressive system, gradually building up both the time and distance we cover each week. This approach makes the 5k target achievable for everyone. Whats more, it's totally FREE.
